- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
- 1 lb all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
Directions

1Heat water to 105-110 degrees Fahrenheit. Then add sugar and yeast. Proof.

2In the bowl of a standing mixer place the flour and salt.

3Then add the proofed yeast to the flour mixture.

4Mix on medium speed for 5-7 minutes. Form into ball and let rise for an hour.

5After the dough has risen, cut and roll into 3 baguettes. Place on a baking sheet or baguette tray. Let rise for about 45 minutes to an hour.

6Meanwhile preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

7Once the baguettes have risen, cut slits on top of the dough and baste with a beaten egg.

8Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes. ENJOY!
