- 4 slices bacon
- 1 large onion, chopped (1 c.)
- 2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans in tomato sauce
- 3 Tbsp. molasses
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
Directions

1In a 2-quart saucepan, cook bacon until crisp; remove bacon. Drain off fat, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings in pan.

2Cook onion in reserved drippings until onion is tender.

3Crumble bacon. Stir bacon, pork and beans, molasses and mustard in saucepan with onion.

4Bring to boiling.

5Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, about 20 minutes.
