- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. each: instant minced onion and dried parsley
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Line a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan with foil (for easy cleanup).

3Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended.

4Form into 1 1/2-inch balls using a heaping tablespoonful mixture for each.

5Place 1/4-inch apart in the lined pan.

6Bake 12 to 15 minutes until browned and no longer pink in center.
