Easy Beans and Franks Soup

  • 1 (28 ounce) canbaked beans with bacon and brown sugar, undrained
  • 1 (11 1/2 ounce) can vegetable juice
  • 6 hot dogs, cut into 1-inch slices
  • 3 medium carrots, chopped (1 1/2 cups)
  • 1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, to taste

Directions

    In a 2 quart saucepan, mix baked beans, vegetable juice, hot dogs, carrots, onion, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce.

    Heat to boiling; decrease heat.

    Simmer, uncovered, for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until carrots are tender.
