Easy Beef Burgundy

  • 1 lb. stew beef, cubed (leftover roast or steak)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can onion soup with beef stock
  • 1/4 c. red cooking wine
  • pepper to taste

Directions

    Brown beef, then add soup and wine.

    Simmer for 2 1/2 hours. Serve over noodles or rice.
