  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1-1/2 lb. (675 g) stewing beef, trimmed, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Italian Zesty Lime Dressing
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 3 cups 25%-less-sodium beef broth
  • 1 cup lite coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp. curry powder
  • 1 sweet potato (345 g), peeled, chopped

    Combine flour and pepper in shallow dish.

    Add meat, in batches; toss to evenly coat with flour mixture.

    Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.

    Spoon meat into freezer-weight resealable plastic bag; freeze up to 2 months.
