Easy Beef Enchiladas

- 3 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 pkg. (10) corn tortillas
- 1 can Campbell's tomato soup
- 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Combine ground beef and onions; brown in a skillet.

2When browned, drain off grease and return to skillet.

3Add 3 cups Cheddar cheese and stir.

4Mixture will stick together.

5Warm tortillas in microwave for 2 to 3 minutes until flexible.

6Fill and roll each enchilada with 2 tablespoons of meat mixture.
