Ingredients
- 2 to 3 lb. sirloin steak or rump roast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 carrots
- 3 celery sticks
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 8 oz. fresh mushrooms
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. margarine
Directions

1Cut meat into cubes.

2Remove all fat.

3Peel and cut potatoes into cubes.

4Peel and cut celery, carrots, onions, bell pepper and mushrooms into bite size pieces.

5Place meat and vegetables in a large roasting pan.

6Fold in all soups, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and butter.

7Do not add water.
-
8Bake in oven at 350° for 2 to 3 hours, uncovered.

9Cover pot and bake 1 more hour.

10Serves 8 to 10.
