  • 2 each flour tortillas (8 inch) prefer whole wheat
  • 4 tablespoons tomato sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 2 ounces mozzarella cheese shredded and divided about 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 each green bell peppers sliced
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 each red onion sliced
  • 2 each mushrooms sliced
  • 1 small sweet red bell peppers, roasted sliced
  • 1/4 cup artichoke hearts marinated and drained, sliced

    Preheat oven to 425 degree F.

    Place the tortillas on a baking sheet.

    Put two tablespoons of tomato sauce on each of the tortilla, and spread sauce evenly.

    Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of the cheese on each tortilla over the tomato sauce.

    Randomly place all the sliced vegetables to cover up the tortilla.

    Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the vegetables on each pizza.

    If you are using unsalted tomato sauce, sprinkle some salt over.

    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until cheese is melted, and the edges of the vegetables start to turn into brown.

    Transfer onto the plate, slice and serve warm.
