Ingredients
- 2 each onions medium, peeled and cut
- 3 each carrots large, sliced
- 2 stalks celery sliced
- 5 each potatoes medium, peeled, cut
- 1/2 pound beef tvp, chunks
- 10 ounces green peas frozen
- 5 tablespoons beef stock or miso broth seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon gravy master
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder or chopped
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, except peas, in large pot or dutch oven.

2Add enough water to cover 1 inch below ingredients (about 4 cups).

3Cover and cook over very low heat for approx 1 hr, stirring occasionally.

4Add peas and cook an additional 15 min.
