Easy Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 2 each onions medium, peeled and cut
  • 3 each carrots large, sliced
  • 2 stalks celery sliced
  • 5 each potatoes medium, peeled, cut
  • 1/2 pound beef tvp, chunks
  • 10 ounces green peas frozen
  • 5 tablespoons beef stock or miso broth seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon gravy master
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder or chopped

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except peas, in large pot or dutch oven.

    Add enough water to cover 1 inch below ingredients (about 4 cups).

    Cover and cook over very low heat for approx 1 hr, stirring occasionally.

    Add peas and cook an additional 15 min.
