- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 tsp. onion powder (may use fresh onion)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (may use fresh garlic)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 to 1 c. water
- 1 to 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms (optional)
