- 2 tablespoons butter
- 12 lb mushroom, sliced
- 12 cup onion, minced
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut in thin strips
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (10 ounce) can consomme
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 (250 g) package sour cream
- 1 (375 g) package broad egg noodles
Directions

1Saute mushrooms and onions in butter.

3Saute meat till browned.

4Add 2/3 tin of consume, ketchup, salt, garlic.

9Reduce heat and add the sour cream (do not boil after adding sour cream).
