Ingredients: 1 lb. ground beef; 1 Tbsp. minced onion or 1 small onion chopped; 1 tsp. salt; 1/8 tsp. pepper; 1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained; 1/2 c. sour cream; 1 - 8 oz. can crescent rolls; cheddar cheese, sliced

1 Tbsp. minced onion or 1 small onion chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. sour cream
1 - 8 oz. can crescent rolls
cheddar cheese, sliced

Directions

Brown beef with salt and pepper.

Stir in mushrooms and sour cream.

Pat unrolled crescent dough into 9 x 13 pan to form crust. Spoon hot meat mixture over crust.

Top with cheese slices.

Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes until deep golden brown.
