- 1 can chick peas
- 1 beetroot
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano
Directions

1Wash your chick peas in order to remove salt.

2Wash your beetroot and boil in water for 40-50 minutes.

3You can bake beetroot in the oven covered in foil and works perfectly.

4Dice the beetroot, and place it in a mixer with the chick peas.

5Add the garlic, oregano and olive oil and mix until nice and pasty.

6Plate and store.
