  • 1 can chick peas
  • 1 beetroot
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano

    Wash your chick peas in order to remove salt.

    Wash your beetroot and boil in water for 40-50 minutes.

    You can bake beetroot in the oven covered in foil and works perfectly.

    Dice the beetroot, and place it in a mixer with the chick peas.

    Add the garlic, oregano and olive oil and mix until nice and pasty.

    Plate and store.
