Ingredients

  • 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • few drops vanilla food coloring
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

    Mix with electric mixer at medium speed for 10 minutes.

    Scrape bottom of bowl occasionally.
  4. 4
    Pour into greased 10-inch pie pan and place in preheated oven at 350° for 50 minutes.

    When finished, put shaved chocolate over top of it.

    When cool, refrigerate.
