  • 1 beef brisket (4 to 5 lb.)
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1/2 c. chili sauce

Directions

    Mix soup, ketchup and chili sauce together and pour over brisket (can do this the night before and put in refrigerator). Cover and bake at 325° for 3 to 4 hours.
