- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. warm water
- 4 c. self-rising flour
- dash of salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. butter
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Combine flour, dash of salt, sugar and baking powder; beat.

3Add butter and eggs.

4Add enough flour so dough will be easy to handle and thoroughly knead the dough.

5Place dough in a greased bowl and allow dough to rise. Punch it down and it is ready to cook.

6You may spoon batter into greased muffin pans or cut rolls out.

7Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.
