  • 1 loaf French Bread
  • 6 slices Fresh Mozzarella
  • 1- 1/2 Tablespoon 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 can (14.5 Oz. Can) Diced Basil Tomatoes
  • Basil, To Taste
  • Oregano, to taste
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 6 sprigs Fresh Basil Leaves (optional)

Directions

    Slide bread into 1/2-inch think slices.

    Slice mozzarella into bite-size pieces.

    Drizzle olive oil on bread.

    Sprinkle with a pinch of basil, oregano and salt and pepper.

    Place cheese on bread and sprinkle with chopped tomatoes.

    Drizzle a bit more olive oil over and sprinkle with more basil and oregano.

    Or serve with a fresh basil leaf on top.
