Easy Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip

- 1 whole Rotisserie Chicken
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 cup Blue Cheese Dressing
- 2 Tablespoons Franks RedHot Sauce
- 4 ounces, weight Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions

1Remove chicken meat from bones and shred into bite-sized pieces.

2This is easier to do when the chicken is warm; I usually do it as soon as I get home from the grocery store and refrigerate the shredded chicken until Im ready to make the dip.

3Mix shredded chicken, Redhot sauce, and blue cheese in a bowl.

4Add more Redhot if you like it spicier, and more blue cheese if you like it creamier.

6Spread the cream cheese in the bottom of an 8x8 foil pan.

7Spread the chicken mixture over the cream cheese.

8Cover the chicken with a layer of mozzarella cheese.

9Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and mixture is bubbling, usually about 20-25 minutes.

10I have found that a sturdier cracker or chip works best with this dip.
