  • 2 cup Bisquick Mix
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Colby/ Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Melted Butter
  • 1/4 tbsp Garlic Salt
  • 1/4 tbsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1/4 cup Melted Butter
  • 1/2 Shredded Cheese

Directions

    Preheat Oven to 425

    Mix all the biscuit ingredients together until it forms a thick dough texture.

    Melt your topping butter, add the Garlic Salt and Set Aside.

    Then use a tablespoon to scoop dough and roll them into a ball.

    Then place on an ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake in the oven for 15-17min or until a nice golden brown.

    Take out of the oven, Spoon the butter garlic mixture over each biscuits immediately and then sprinkle with cheese.

    Put back in oven for 2min or until cheese is fully melted, take them out, let them cool a bit and enjoy!
