  • 2 Tbsp. butter

  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2-1/2 cups milk
  • 3 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozza-Cheddar Cheese, divided

    Cook macaroni as directed on package, omitting salt.

    Meanwhile, melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat.

    or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

    Add flour; cook and stir 1 min.

    Gradually add milk; cook 5 min., stirring constantly.

    Simmer on low heat 10 min., stirring frequently.
