Easy Cheesy Spaghetti Bake

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 3/4 c. water
- 2 c. tomato sauce
- 1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
- 3/4 lb. spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 c. instant dry milk plus enough water to make 1 3/4 cups liquid
- 3/4 c. American cheese, shredded
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown meat; drain fat.

2Add water, tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce mix and boil gently, uncovered, for 30 minutes.

3Stir often. Cook 3/4 pound spaghetti.

4Melt butter in medium saucepan.

5Add flour, gradually, and instant dry milk that has been mixed with water to make 1 3/4 cups liquid.

6Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.

7Add American cheese and Parmesan cheese and cook until cheese melts.

8Layer in baking dish as follows:

91/2 spaghetti, 1/2 sauce, cheese sauce, remaining spaghetti and remaining sauce.

10Top with 1/4 cup American cheese. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350° or until bubbly.
