- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 box vanilla wafers
Directions

1Allow cream cheese to soften for 1 hour.

2Combine with sugar, lemon juice, eggs and vanilla.

3Beat until smooth.

4Place 1 vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cupcake liner.

5Pour cream cheese mixture over wafer until liner is half full.

6Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.

7Cool and spoon on cherry topping.
