- 1 whole chicken or 4 chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 (10 oz.) can chicken soup
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 to 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. sherry
Directions

1Cook chicken, remove from bone and cut into bite-size pieces. Saute onion in butter.

2Blend in chicken soup, milk, parsley, lemon juice and sherry.

3Heat slowly for 30 minutes.

4Fold in chicken.

5Serve with rice or noodles.
