  • 3 pound cut up chicken parts (legs, breast, thighs)
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 can lowfat milk
  • 1 can Minute Rice

Directions

    Mix soup, lowfat milk, rice and soup mix together.

    Put chicken pcs in a 9x13 inch pan.

    Pour lowfat milk mix over.

    Cover with foil and bake 1 hour, 350 degrees.
