Easy Chicken Pot Pie

  • 1 chicken, cooked and deboned
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cans Veg-All, drained
  • 1 cream of chicken soup
  • 1 golden mushroom soup
  • 1 c. self-rising flour (Bisquick)
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. mayonnaise

    Place chicken on bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Layer onions and Veg-All.

    Spread cream of chicken soup, then golden mushroom soup in top.

    Mix flour (or Bisquick), milk and mayonnaise with a wire whisk.

    Pour over top of soup.

    Cook at 325° for about 1 hour. Turn oven up to brown top of pot pie, if you wish.
