Easy Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
- 2 cans chicken and broccoli soup (may use 1 can cream of chicken and 1 can cream of broccoli)
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen combination vegetables, cooked
- 1 c. cubed cooked potatoes
- 2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
- 1 can refrigerator biscuits
Directions

1In 3-quart baking dish, combine soup, milk, thyme and pepper. Stir in vegetables and chicken.

2Bake at 400° for 15 minutes until bubbly.

3Cut each biscuit into quarters.

4Remove dish from oven, stir.

5Arrange biscuit pieces over hot chicken mixture.

6Bake 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.

7(I like to sprinkle Parmesan cheese on biscuits before baking.)
