- 1 large round steak or Swiss steak
- 3 large bell peppers
- 3 large onions
- 4 large tomatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 cans (soup can) water
- 1 bottle soy sauce
Directions

1Cut steak into small pieces and brown good.

2Cut up bell peppers, onions and tomatoes into 2-inch pieces.

3When meat has browned, add your peppers, onions and tomatoes.

4Pour over this mushroom soup and water.

5Simmer for 45 to 60 minutes.

6Cook rice as directed on package when done.

7Put rice on plate and cover with pepper steak ingredients.

8Put soy sauce over this until taste.
