Easy Chicken Rice Casserole

- 1 chicken or 4 to 6 chicken breasts
- 1/2 to 1 stick margarine
- 1 1/2 c. raw rice
- salt and pepper or paprika
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 cans water
Directions

1Melt margarine in pan you will use for baking chicken.

2Dip chicken in melted margarine so both sides are buttered.

3Lay aside. Add rice to margarine in pan.

4Combine 2 soups and water; add to rice mixture.

5Salt and pepper (sparingly) chicken and arrange on top of rice mixture.

6Bake at 275° for 3 hours or 425° for 1 hour.
