- 2 sticks butter or margarine
- 2 c onion, diced
- 2 c carrots, diced
- 2 c celery, diced
- 1/2 c flour
- 4 c chicken broth, or 2 14 oz cans
- 5 or 6 chicken tenders, cut into small pieces
Directions

1Saute vegetables in butter or margarine.

2Add flour.

3Stir well to blend.

4Add broth and chicken tenders.

5Cook for 45 to 60 minutes, or until tender.

6You can add a handful of cooked noodles or rice.

7Freezes well.
