- 1/2 c. seasoned dried bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut in half

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2On sheet of waxed paper, place bread crumbs.

3In pie plate, beat mayonnaise and milk until smooth.

4Dip chicken breasts into mayonnaise mixture, then coat with crumbs. Grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

5Arrange chicken in pan; bake 5 minutes.

6Turn chicken over; bake 10 to 15 minutes, until juices run clear and chicken is fork-tender.

7Makes 4 main dish servings, about 265 calories per serving.
