- 1 small onion, chopped
- 46 oz. can tomato juice
- 15 oz. can chili beans
- 15 oz. can red kidney beans
- 1 pkg. chili seasoning
- chopped tomato (optional)
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onion in a large pan.

2Do not drain grease.

3Add tomato juice, beans, chili seasoning and tomato.

4Let simmer 20 to 30 minutes.

5If you prefer a thicker chili, add a small can of tomato paste.
