- 1 stalk celery
- 1 lb. can stewed tomatoes
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 3 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper
- 15 oz. can kidney beans (undrained)
Directions

1Brown meat, onion and celery; drain.

2Add rest of ingredients but beans.

3Cover and simmer 40 minutes.

4Add beans and simmer again.

5May add tomato paste, water and a dash of sugar to taste. Makes 6 servings.
