Easy Chocolate Mousse

- 4 ounces baking chocolate
- 4 eggs, seperated
- 4 tablespoons unsalted margarine
Directions

1Put chocolate in a saucepan and pour hot water on it.

2Let it sit until a knife inserted into chocolate goes through.

3Pour off hot water.

4Add egg yolks to chocolate and mix together.

5Add margarine and cook over a low heat until melted.

6Remove from heat and cool.

7In the meantime, beat egg whites until stiff.

8Fold in chocolate mixture.

9Pour in glass bowl.

10Refrigerate overnight.
