- 2 sheets Frozen puff pastry
- 1/2 Chocolate bar
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 Granulated sugar
- 1 Sliced almonds
Directions

11 - Defrost the frozen puff pastry in the fridge (about 1 hour).

22 - Dust the puff pastry and roll out with a rolling pin to half its original thickness.

33 - Cut out into shapes of your choice (make the same shapes as you put 2 pastry pieces together).

44 - Brush egg yolk on the edges, and put 1 block of chocolate between 2 pieces.

55 - Put 2 pieces together, and firmly press the edges with a fork and pierce the tops.

66 - Brush egg yolk on the surface, sprinkle granulated sugar and top with sliced almonds.

77 - Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 15 minutes (adjust the cooking time, checking the pies so as not to burn).

88 - Cool a bit, and they are done!
