- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 6 (1/2-inch thick) pork chops
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
- 1/4 c. water
- hot, cooked rice
Directions

1Cook chops in oil in a large skillet until browned.

2Spoon off the fat.

3Remove chops and set aside.

4In the same skillet, combine soup and water.

5Heat to boiling.

6Return chops to skillet.

7Cook 10 minutes over a low heat until chops lose all their pink, stirring often.

8Serve over a bed of hot rice.
