- 1 serving Pasta
- 150 grams Manila clams (asari)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Garlic (finely chopped)
- 50 ml White wine
- 50 ml Pasta boiling water
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 dash Soy sauce
- 1 pinch Black pepper
Directions

1Put the clams in salt water while we prepare the pasta.

2Clean the clams of sand and salt.

3If you are making a large amount, you can freeze the leftovers for later.

4In a pan, heat olive oil and garlic and over low.

5When the garlic becomes aromatic, pour in the white wine on high heat.

6Cover and simmer on low to medium heat until the clams open.

7As the clams start to open, remove the lid.

8When they look ready, add in the pasta and stir.

9At this point, add in the soy sauce.

10Then serve on a plate with a sprinkle of pepper.
