- 2 eggs
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- 1 c. sweet milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. coconut
Directions

1Mix all together and blend well.

2Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.

3Bake for 45 minutes at 350° or until crust is brown and custard is firm.
