  • 1 Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 Small Box Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 1 Small Box Instant Butterscotch Pudding
  • 1 cup Oil
  • 1 Cup Plus 1 Tablespoon Water
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cups Pecans (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon

Directions

    Mix cake mix, pudding mixes, oil, water and eggs according to cake mix (usually 2 minutes). Combine brown sugar, pecans and cinnamon in small bowl. Pour half of batter into a greased 9x13 pan, then sprinkle with half of the brown sugar topping mix. Spread remaining batter on top, then sprinkle with the remaining brown sugar topping.

    Bake at 325 for 50-60 minutes.

    This cake stays moist for several days! You can cover it with plastic wrap and keep it on a countertop. No need to refrigerate.
