- 1 (14 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 2 (14 oz.) cans creamed corn
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. butter, margarine or oil
- 1 large potato, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
Directions

1Saute onion in oil until soft.

2Add canned tomatoes and diced potato.

3Cook until tender, approximately 20 minutes. Add creamed corn and heat until hot.

4Serve with crackers.
