  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) package corn muffin mix (I use Jiffy)
  • 2 (14 3/4 ounce) cans sweet corn, drained
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • salt and pepper

    Mix all ingredients in 2 quart casserole.

    Bake for 45 minutes Serve Warm.
