- 1 1/4 c. heavy whipping cream
- 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powdered
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Heat oven to 450°.

2Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl. Add enough cream until dough leaves side of bowl.

3Turn dough onto floured surface.

4Roll to coat.

5Knead lightly 10 times, sprinkling with flour if dough is sticky.

6Roll or pat 1/2-inch thick.

7Cut with 2-inch cutter.

8Place 1-inch apart on greased cookie sheet.

9Bake 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.

10Serve hot.
