Easy Cream Cheese Pound Cake

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 3 c. plain flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

    Cream first 3 ingredients; add sugar.

    Beat.

    Alternately add flour and eggs to creamed mixture, blending after each addition. Begin and end with flour.

    Add vanilla.

    Pour into greased and floured tube pan; bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours or until tests done. Delicious with ice cream or your favorite sauce.
