- 1 stick butter
- 2 sticks margarine
- 6 large eggs
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 c. plain flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cream first 3 ingredients; add sugar.

3Alternately add flour and eggs to creamed mixture, blending after each addition. Begin and end with flour.

4Add vanilla.

5Pour into greased and floured tube pan; bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours or until tests done. Delicious with ice cream or your favorite sauce.
