Easy Creamed Kale

- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 2 heads Kale, Stems Removed And Finely Chopped
- 3/4 cups Water
- 1/8 teaspoons Fine Grain Sea Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/3 cups Creme Fraiche
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
Directions

1Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add onions and saute until translucent, about 5 minutes. Remove onions from skillet and place aside.

2In the same skillet, add kale, water, salt and pepper and raise heat to medium-high. Cook until water has dissolved and kale is tender, about 7-10 minutes depending on the type of kale.

3Drain kale in a strainer making sure there is no water left in the skillet.

4Put the creme fraiche into a bowl and whip it until it is smooth and slightly thinned out.

5Add kale, onions and creme fraiche into the skillet stirring creme fraiche into the kale. Once mixed and warmed through, add nutmeg and adjust seasoning to taste.
