  • 1 box Uncle Ben's Instant (5 minute) rice
  • 3-4 tsp curry
  • 1/2-3/4 c golden raisins
  • Sliced almonds to taste

Directions

    Cook Uncle Ben's Instant Rice as directed but add the curry to the water.

    When you turn off the heat and add the rice (as directed on the box), stir in the golden raisins at the same time. Let sit for 5 minutes.

    Add sliced almonds as you serve.
