Roast Veal Dinner

- 1 veal roast (3 to 4 lb.) or chunked veal
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 large carrot, cubed small
- 1 can chopped mushrooms
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 2 cans water
- 1 large onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Wash veal. Place in roasting pan. Add the rest of the ingredients. Stir well. Roast at 350° for 2 to 3 hours.

2Check and stir periodically. Add water if getting too thick.

3Serve with cooked egg noodles (wide), peas and tossed salad.
