  • 700 grams White rice
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 1 Burdock root
  • 1/2 Chicken breast
  • 1 piece Aburaage
  • 1/2 tsp Sake
  • 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Mirin
  • 2 tbsp Sake
  • 1 fill to the right line in your rice cooker Japanese dashi stock
  • 1 Green onions

    To make the rice, first wash it 30 minutes before cooking and put it in a sieve.

    Remove the skin from the chicken and cut the chicken into small pieces.

    Marinate the chicken in the ingredients.

    Finely chop the carrots.

    Cut the burdock root into long, thin shavings.

    Blanch the aburaage and finely chop it.

    Add the rice to the rice cooker and add the ingredients.
