  • 2 cups instant rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 (7 ounce) can rotel
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato sauce

Directions

    Boil water with the taco seasoning and tomato sauce. Add rice; cover and let sit 5 min, or till set.

    Add Rotel (I don't boil Rotel, as it gets too hot).
