  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 c. butter or oleo
  • canned or fresh fruits such as apples, pears, oranges, peaches, pineapple or any berries

Directions

    Place a layer of one kind of fruit in an ungreased cake pan; sprinkle box of dry cake mix on top of fruit.

    Pour melted butter or oleo over cake mix.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Serve warm; top with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
