Easy Dill Pickles

- 1/2 bushel pickles of similar size
- 12 heads dill
- 3 qt. water
- 1 qt. vinegar
- 1 c. salt
Directions

1Scrub pickles thoroughly and rinse.

2Pack closely into quart jars.

3Place a head of dill in the top of each jar.

4Mix water, vinegar and salt; bring to a boil and pour at once over pickles. Seal jars and store in a cool, dark place for at least 6 weeks before using.

5Makes 12 quarts.
